We’ll start looking at your business foundations together - what you have; what gaps there might be; and what improvements we might be able to make in order to improve or build efficiencies. Each business has different needs, and each project plan is tailored based on this.

Consolidating the foundations of your company into one place for easy access, adaptability and growth.
Project plan - We’ll provide you a plan to execute with your team. This will include recommendations on software solutions based on your needs and what your company objectives are.
Advisory support - We combine this with the Founder’s Program advisory calls to allow you the space to strategise and bounce ideas around.
Implementation guidance - While we encourage you to do the implementation work (ie. setting up new softwares), we will be here to guide you through the setup as you need.
Implementation Program
The Implementation Program offers you a more hands-on implementation approach to build on from the Foundations Program. The operational work is based on your needs as we will have identified by creating your tailored project plan. We do the implementation work for you, freeing you up to focus on other things that matter to your startup success.
