Remember to apply an 8:8:8 balance to your Monday. Eight hours of working with all your focus, eight hours of play with the people you love (which should include yourself), and eight hours of rest.
Why do we mandate this? Because this promises consistent delivery of effort, a constant velocity. Being able to consistently deliver value removes this uncertainty in doing business with you. There are so many variables in business, that removing an uncertainty will give your peers an example to live by, and your clients less to worry about.
